When you come across negative, depressed people who complain about everything, you get sucked up into their negative vibe subconsciously. This negative emotion sucks up into you without you knowing and with time you become as depressed and negative. Purpose to be with optimistic people, people who see the positive side to every situation there is. Remember, there is your life and life situations. Life situations should not eat into your life. This is a point that probably everyone knows. Exercise is very important especially for happiness. Exercise has been touted to be a cure for nearly everything in life, from depression to memory loss and more. Take the first 20 minutes of your morning to exercise. Just some light exercise, whether you are going up the office stairs or just doing 20 pushups every day, these light changes will do wonders. At that moment of exercise, endorphin hormone is released from the brain to make you counter the strenuous exercise and the result is a relaxed body system and happy you. A research from the university of Bristol says, “On exercise days, people’s moods significantly improve after exercising. Mood stayed about the same on days they didn’t, with the exception of people’s sense of calm which deteriorated.” Rock the stairs the next time you get into office or just do 10 squats before taking the shower in the morning.
